General Terms & Conditions

 

  • All deposits are NON refundable.
  • Angel Worldwide Transportation is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $450.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $1000.00. Alcohol Consumption for under age and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
  • The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in any of our limousines.
  • Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged end time described on the run sheet.
  • Angel Worldwide Transportation is not responsible for delays or the termination of the charter in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • Angel Worldwide Transportation is not responsible for any items left in the limousine.
  • Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

 

General Cancellation Policy by Vehicle Type

 

Limos and Vans:

  • All deposits are non refundable.
  • If you cancel your reservation up to 1 week before the scheduled date, there will be no additional charge.
  • If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, there will be a 50% charge.
  • If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, there will be a 100% charge.

 

Party Bus or Shuttle Bus:

 

  • All deposits are non refundable.
  • If you cancel your reservation up to 3 weeks before the scheduled date, there will be no additional charge.
  • If you cancel your reservation up to 1 week
    before the scheduled date, there will be a 100% charge.

 

Sedan:

 

  • All deposits are non refundable.
  • If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled date, there will be a 100% charge.

The prices above are estimates only. Additional charges for stops, waiting time, and parking may apply. Final Charges for the trip are determined upon completion. *** Waiting time charges apply After 15 Min of the arrival.

 

For All Meet & Greet Service Requests: your chauffeur will meet you at the arriving flight’s assigned carousel with a sign with the passengers last name. If unable to locate your chauffeur please call immediately at (866)-803-9898 or (925)-803-9898 and Dispatch will help you locate your chauffeur. Failure to call our dispatch will end in full charge for the reservation.

 

For All Curb Side Pickup Requests: Please claim your luggage then Call (866)-803-9898 or (925)-803-9898 for your curbside pickup in 5-7 Min. When calling for your car give your last name to Dispatch and update them with your closest Door number on the Curb and car will pull up in 5-7 min. Please call us after you are ready with your luggage.

 

Airport Cancellation Policy

 

  • All Cancellations are accepted by phone only. If you cancel by email, but have not gotten a cancellation confirmation, the reservation has not yet been cancelled.
  • All local airport transfers require at least 4 hours notice prior to the time of the scheduled pick-up time otherwise you are looking at full charge for the reservation.
  • All nationwide airport transfers require at least 12 hours notice prior to the time of the scheduled pick-up time otherwise you are looking at full charge for the reservation.
  • All worldwide airport transfers require at least 72 hours notice prior to the time of the schedules pick-up time otherwise you are looking at full charge of the reservation.
  • All changes for nationwide has to be made 12 hours prior to the scheduled time of pick up otherwise no guarantee of availability and accurate service.
  • All changes for worldwide has to be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of pick up otherwise no guarantee of availability and accurate service.

Proms & Other Special Occasions

  • All minors must sign minor release form and give to the driver on the day of the charter.
